Every TANJAS garment begins long before it reaches your wardrobe.

Unlike mass-produced fashion, each piece is individually crafted in our atelier after your order has been placed. This intentional process allows us to focus on craftsmanship, precision, and lasting quality.

While every garment follows its own creative journey, your order generally moves through the following stages.

1. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, your production slot is reserved within our atelier schedule.

You will receive an email confirming that your order has entered our production queue.

Estimated time: 1 business day

2. Material Preparation

The selected fabrics, leather, hardware, and construction materials are carefully prepared for your garment.

Where required, materials are inspected, cut, reinforced, and organized specifically for your order.

Estimated time: 2–5 business days

3. Pattern & Cutting

Every garment is individually cut according to the selected size or customer-provided measurements.

Precision at this stage is essential, as it forms the foundation of the finished piece.

4. Handcrafted Construction

Your garment is assembled in our atelier through multiple stages of sewing, shaping, fitting, reinforcement, and detailed finishing.

Depending on the design, this may include:

• structural construction

• corsetry techniques

• leather craftsmanship

• hardware installation

• hand finishing

Every piece receives the time it requires—never less.

5. Quality Inspection

Before leaving the atelier, every garment undergoes a final quality inspection.

Construction, stitching, proportions, finishing, and presentation are carefully reviewed to ensure they meet our standards.

Only garments that pass this final inspection are approved for shipment.

6. Packaging

Each garment is carefully folded or prepared according to its structure and packaged to ensure safe international delivery.

7. Express Shipping

Your order is dispatched using an international express courier service such as DHL Express or USPS (depending on destination).

A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier.

Estimated Production Time

Most garments require approximately 2–6 weeks for production before shipping.

Production time depends on several factors, including:

• complexity of the design

• selected materials

• custom modifications

• current atelier capacity

The estimated production time shown on each individual product page always takes precedence.

Limited Atelier Capacity

To maintain the highest standard of craftsmanship, TANJAS accepts only a limited number of orders each month.

Once all available production slots have been reserved, new orders will be scheduled for the next available production period.

We intentionally choose quality over quantity.
